FRED BERRY

Fred Berry was reared in a military family; and has traveled extensively in United States, Africa, Brazil and Europe and has lived in the Orient. Fred served as Centennial Prayer officer on the Azusa Centennial Board which convened the 100th anniversary gathering back to the Historic Azusa Street Mission in 2006. Fred retired as Director of a Cyber- seniors computer training program, which he developed 10 years ago & was held at Break Away Technologies – a computer training and research institute in Los Angeles.

He has been saved and filled with the Holy Ghost since 1983 and answered God’s call to ministry in 1992. Fred Berry is an Ordained Elder with the Church of God in Christ under Bishop Charles Blake and founded a Para-church organization called Joshua Ministries, Inc. In 2006, Fred & Wilma were ordained as an apostle/prophet team with Christian International, a ministry founded by Apostle Bill Hamon.

In 2006, Fred and Wilma Berry re-opened the Azusa Street Mission location and were commissioned by Apostle Bill Hamon and the Christian International Board of regents to Pastor the new Azusa Street Mission. Since that time of commissioning they have taught the Apostolic Prophetic training sessions on Azusa Street & in Brazil and have graduated over 8000 pastors, leaders and young people into the present truth of God’s word concerning the gifts of the Spirit and the prophetic realm.

Apostle Berry has a Holy Spirit inspired love of biblical and natural history and seeks to teach others about our historic legacy through an annual event called the Azusa Street Festival/ AZUSAFEST.

Fred and Wilma Berry affectionately known, as “God’s Living Flint-Stones” will celebrate their 23rd wedding anniversary in July 2018, God willing.

WILMA BERRY

At the age of twelve, Wilma was led to the Lord by a Catholic nun, Sister Patricia. Throughout her childhood, Wilma sang and worshiped the Lord on guitar, believing that she would be a nun, the Lord had another plan. In 1985, she was filled with the Holy Spirit and called by God to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Houston, TX. The Holy Spirit directed Wilma to pray in the spirit for the salvation of her family and her immediate family came out of the Catholic Church, were filled with the Holy Spirit and they fellowship in full gospel ministries to this day.

From 1992 to 2001 Fred & Wilma were involved in youth ministry with the B.O.S.S. program founded by Al & Hattie Hollingsworth, outreach, and missions in their local church, West Angeles Church of God in Christ. Fred & Wilma hosted Bonnie Brae celebrations and appeared on TBN behind the scenes and the Love Boat program. In 2006, Fred & Wilma were ordained as an apostle/prophet team with Christian International, a ministry founded by Apostle Bill Hamon.

Apostle Fred & Wilma Berry are missionaries with a ministry focused on teaching the principle’s of God’s word as it relates to the Nations. Teaching others about our historic spiritual legacy through an annual event called the AzusaFest and a weekly TV show titled “All About Love” which aired throughout Los Angeles County from 1993 – 2006. Since the opening of Azusa Street Mission, God uses Prophet Wilma as an intercessor and minister overseeing the mission while Apostle Fred is traveling in the nations.
